How to use:

Cool therapy: place in the fridge or freezer without cover


Heat therapy:warm in microwave for 15 seconds without a cover. Remove and check desired warmth, if additional time is needed , heat for 5 seconds at a time. Alternatively, it can be warmed by placing in warm water.

Massage the gel to unsurely the heat is evenly distributed.

We offer €5 flat rate shipping within Ireland with FREE shipping for orders over €100.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Dún Laoghaire store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24h. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Returns must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
