Our Prenatal Pilates Class is specifically designed to support expecting mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. Led by our experienced instructor Sophie who specialises in prenatal movement, this class offers a safe and effective way for moms-to-be to stay active, strengthen their bodies, and prepare for childbirth. Ask the Midwife’s studio has complimentary refreshments in our seating area, so please feel free to arrive early and have a chat with your classmates or the midwife on site.
