About your instructor:

With over a decade in the fitness industry, Sam’s teaching journey began at Yandara on the west coast of Mexico, where she was surrounded by nature and serenaded by humpback whales during morning practices. Her experience was profound, marked by deep embodiment and lasting friendships.

Sam's classes offer a unique blend of deep embodied connection, empowering movements, and mindfulness, skillfully combining playful approaches with traditional wisdom and anatomical alignments. Sam offers specialised tailored classes for individuals at every stage, creating inclusive spaces from adolescence to menopause.

Beyond her regular classes, Sam hosts workshops, talks, and retreats locally and internationally, playing a significant role in leading teacher training programs and contributing to the development of skilled yoga instructors in Dublin and beyond. Her extensive qualifications include specialised training in prenatal, postnatal, and menopause yoga, as well as certifications in nutrition and trauma-informed movement. With her profound knowledge and genuine dedication to holistic well-being, Sam empowers individuals to embrace their bodies and cultivate balanced lives.


When to Start?
Normally after the first 12 weeks.

Improved strength, flexibility, posture, preparation for labour, and increased comfort throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Are Beginners Welcome?
Yes, classes cater to all fitness levels.

Continuation until Due Date?
Yes, as long as you feel up to it and listen to your body.

What to wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for movement and make sure to bring water.

Do I need to bring a mat?
We will supply the mats
