Cold therapy:
Can be cooled in fridge or freezer

Heat therapy:
Heat in microwave for 15 seconds without cover. Remove and check for desired warmth, if additional time needed, heat for 5 seconds at a time.

Massage the gel to ensure evenly distributed before using, always test heat on skin. Place in cover before using.

We offer €5 flat rate shipping within Ireland with FREE shipping for orders over €100.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Dún Laoghaire store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24h. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Returns must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
