Can I bring baby?

Of course! We will have baby mats, baby changing areas, nappies and wipes and bouncers - we would love you to bring your little one!

 

When can I start postnatal yogalates  after giving birth?
You can typically start postnatal yogalates after receiving clearance from your healthcare provider, usually around 6-8 weeks postpartum.

Do I need previous experience to join?
No, postnatal yogalates classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners.


Can I attend if I had a C-Section?
Yes, but it’s important to follow your healthcare provider’s guidance on when it’s safe to resume exercise after a cesarean delivery and to inform your instructor about your delivery method.
