Length of the Class: 60 minutes (45 minute breathing session, 10 minute visualisation meditation and an opportunity to set an intention as you leave the session with a new sense of clarity)
FAQ:
Yes, breathwork is safe for everyone which includes pregnancy. If you are pregnant, we will have extra cushions to lie comfortably for the session. However, if you have specific queries or health concerns, please feel free to contact us.
There is no experience required to attend a breathwork session. Everyone is welcome. You will be guided through the breathwork practice and I invite you to enjoy the healing effects from the power of your own breath.

What do I bring to class?
The hope is for each person to feel a sense of comfort from their yoga mats. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you wish, please feel free to bring cosy socks, a blanket, a pillow, anything that is going to create a relaxing and comforting experience for you during the session.You will be lying/sitting on a yoga mat for most of the class.
We have yoga mats, bolsters and blankets for you to use but if you would like to bring your own, please do.
Don't forget your bottle of water.

- 10 years experience working in the field of Social Work. Megan currently works as a Senior Mental Health Social Worker in Dublin.
- International Breathwork Instructor from 'The Blissful Breath Academy' with Niall O Murchu.
- Qulaified Reiki Practitioner with Judith Mc Adam
Megan has a love and curiosity for all things relating to wellness and positive mental health. Megan has an array of skills that help create a meaningful and safe space that is led through her breathwork practice . You will leave Megan's breathwork with a feeling of connection and a sense of ease and clarity.
