Please join us for a healing and nourishing breathwork  & meditation evening, hosted by Ciara McNulty of Happyfeet run club.

This class is open to all genders, pregnant or non pregnant everyone is welcome.

FAQ: 

  • Is breathwork safe in pregnancy?

Yes, breathwork is safe for everyone which includes pregnancy.  If you are pregnant, we will have extra cushions to lie comfortably for the session. However, if you have specific queries or health concerns, please feel free to contact us.

  • Will I be able to do it if I have never tried breathwork? 

There is no experience required to attend a breathwork session. Everyone is welcome. You will be guided through the breathwork practice.

  • Is this only for Women?

 Absolutely not, this class is open to everyone & anyon

  • What do I bring to class?

    We provide yoga mats, but if you wish to bring your own please feel free.Please wear comfortable clothing. If you wish, please feel free to bring cosy socks, a blanket, a pillow, anything that is going to create a relaxing and comforting experience for you during the session.You will be lying/sitting on a yoga mat for most of the class.

    We have yoga mats, bolsters and blankets for you to use but if you would like to bring your own, please do.

    Don't forget your bottle of water. 


  • What do I do if I arrive early?
    We recommend that you arrive five minutes before the session to get comfortable on your mat.  Ask the Midwife’s studio has complimentary refreshments in the seating area, so you are very welcome to arrive early and enjoy some time to relax


  • What are the options to park?
    Onstreet parking beside us - or the IMC car park.
