Join Rachel, every Saturday morning for an energising morning yoga class, expect a full body flow designed to enhance flexibility, body awareness, balance and core strength. Release built up tension and stress through conscious breath and movement.

This class is open to everybody, every gender, pregnant or non pregnant (although we have a specific pregnancy class after at 10:15am that you may find more suitable)- we would love to see you take the time for yourself.

Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Mats and blankets are provided. If you prefer to use your own, feel free to bring anything that makes you comfortable.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and relax.
Can I come alone? Do people come with friends?
Both! Some people come solo, some bring friends. Everyone is welcome, and the space is warm and inviting—never worry about joining alone.
About Your Teacher:
Rachel Lenny is joining the Ask The Midwife team, bringing her energy and expertise to your weekends! Every Saturday morning, she’ll be teaching two uplifting classesYoga and Pregnancy Yoga so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
With over 9 years of teaching experience, Rachel’s journey even took her all the way to Sri Lanka in 2018, where she trained as a yoga teacher. She’s passionate, experienced, and ready to help you feel your best on and off the mat!
