Our Prenatal Pilates Class is specifically designed to support expecting mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. This class is online - to support those who may not be able to make it to our in person classes here at Ask the Midwife.
Led by our experienced instructor Sophie who specialises in prenatal movement, this class offers a safe and effective way for moms-to-be to stay active, strengthen their bodies, and prepare for childbirth.
When:
Thursdays at 18:15
A zoom link will be emailed to you before the class. We recommend having a birthing ball to use during the class - if you don't have this you can use a chair. It is of benefit to you to have your camera switched on- as Sophie can let you know if an alteration to your movement might help.

Sophie’s diverse training across various movement disciplines, including yoga, Franklin Method, Reformer, and Mat Pilates, has equipped her with a broad understanding of body mechanics and alignment.
