At each contraction the parturient breathes in deeply and then breathes out into the Winner Flow. This exhalation, acting on the transverse abdominal muscles, induces pressure behind the baby helping its descent and delivery.

The Winner Flow is a mouthpiece, an exhalation device that is now being used to support women in labour and during birth and also in the postnatal period.

It works alongside your breathwork, helps to control breathing and as the labour progresses it helps the abdominal muscles to engage more and to help refocus breathing. The mouthpiece can be set to different resistance levels.

In the dilation phase: It is a relaxing support, possibly pain-relieving and non-medicinal, helps with a rapid dilation due to greater stress on the uterine neck and enhances foetal engagement and improves presentation.

During the delivery phase: improves oxygenation of the mother and foetus, reduces tearing and need for episiotomy, reduces the use of forceps or vacuum extraction and makes delivery easier.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Dún Laoghaire store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24h. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
