Throughout the session, mindful breathing is encouraged to deepen relaxation and foster a profound sense of connection with your growing baby. Carefully adapted to ensure your comfort at every stage of pregnancy, this nurturing massage promotes physical ease, emotional balance, and inner serenity.

What to expect at your massage:

  • Before :The treatment room is nice and cosy, we have an electric bed so you won't be laying on your back or on your front. Everything is flexible and we will adapt the massage according to what you need and what you are comfortable with.
  • Some Questions before your massage: Any injuries, any areas where you would not like to be massaged massage
  • Before your massage begins, you’ll be guided through a grounding breathwork ritual using an essential oil of your choice. This practice deepens the inhale and lengthens the exhale — helping to calm the mind, settle the nervous system, and gently prepare the body to receive. Through conscious breathing, we begin to open the heart chakra, soothe the pituitary gland, and stimulate the vagus nerve — supporting a deeper state of relaxation from the very first breath.

FAQ:

What happens if I need to move because I have a cramp or if I need to blow my nose?

Before, during or at the end of the massage, feel free to move when you feel the need to, as certain positions or manoeuvres can trigger movement in some  people (itching, cramps, discomfort, etc.). Being uncomfortable can prevent the  body and especially the mind from letting go, so it's important to listen to your  needs. I'm here for you and to help you enjoy an experience that will bring you  the well-being you're looking for.

When is is safe to book a postnatal massage?

After giving birth, all normal activities should be gradually resumed at the new mother's own pace. Post-natal massage is no exception to this rule. There is no  minimum or maximum period of time during which you should avoid having a  massage after giving birth.

As soon as you are able to lie on your stomach without discomfort, you can  book a post-natal massage. If you gave birth by caesarean section, we advise  you to wait until the wound has healed properly. However, we can do the  massage and exclude the tummy massage if you wish.

Once again, everything is adjustable.
